VANTAGE ENGAGE

Your Church Doesn’t Need More Tech Advice.
It Needs a Partner.

Vantage Engage puts a Bible Morning consultant alongside your leadership team. We listen first, assess second, and build a plan that fits your church — not someone else’s.

The Gap Nobody’s Filling

73% of churches have no AI policy. Not because they don’t care — because nobody has walked them through it. The tech companies want to sell you tools. The conference speakers want to inspire you. But when Monday comes and your worship leader is using ChatGPT for announcements and your youth pastor is generating images with no guidelines — you need someone who understands both the technology and the theology.

That’s what Vantage Engage is. Not a product. A partnership.

Five Phases. Six to Eight Weeks. A Policy Built Around Your Church.

Every engagement follows the same proven structure — but the content is custom to your church’s size, theology, and culture. No templates dropped in your lap. No generic frameworks with your name pasted on top.

1
Senior Leadership Intake
Week 1 · 1–2 hours · Lead Pastor, Executive Pastor, Operations Director

We start by listening. What brought you here? Has something already happened? Where does your leadership land on AI right now — excited, cautious, somewhere in between? This conversation sets the foundation for everything that follows.

You walk away with: Completed intake assessment, initial risk profile, engagement scope confirmation.
2
Theological Posture Assessment
Week 2 · 1–2 hours · Senior Pastor, Teaching Pastors, Elders/Board

Before we touch a single tool, we map your church’s theological convictions about AI across every ministry area. Not where Twitter stands. Not where the conference speaker stands. Where your church stands — anchored in Scripture.

You walk away with: Theological posture document, non-negotiables matrix, Scripture framework for your policy preamble.
3
Department Usage Audits
Weeks 3–4 · 30–60 min per department · All department leads and key staff

We go department by department — worship, youth, communications, children’s ministry, admin — and map every AI tool already in use. What data is flowing where. What content is being generated. What nobody told leadership about. This is where the real picture emerges.

You walk away with: Complete AI tool inventory, data risk map, content workflow analysis, department-by-department findings.
4
Policy Drafting & Review
Weeks 5–6 · Review meeting 1–2 hours · Senior leadership review team

We take everything from phases 1–3 and draft a custom AI use policy for your church. Not a template. A document built on your theology, your tools, your culture, and your risk profile. Your leadership team reviews, we refine, you own it.

You walk away with: Draft AI Use Policy, findings summary report, implementation timeline.
5
Delivery, Training & Handoff
Weeks 7–8 · 1–2 hours · Full staff + designated policy owner

We deliver the finalized policy, walk your full staff through it, and hand off ownership to the person your church designates. You get a training guide, an implementation checklist, and a review schedule so the policy stays alive — not buried in a drawer.

You walk away with: Final AI Use Policy, staff training guide, implementation checklist, policy owner assignment, annual review schedule.

Not Every Church Needs the Full Engagement

Some churches need a half-day workshop. Some need a technology assessment before they’re ready for policy work. We meet you where you are.

AI Literacy Training

Half-day or full-day workshops for your staff team. What AI actually is, where it’s already embedded in your tools, and how to use it with biblical guardrails. Works as a standalone or as a precursor to a full engagement.

Church Technology Assessment

Before you build a policy, sometimes you need to know what you’re working with. We audit your entire tech stack — church management, communications, giving, streaming, volunteer tools — and map every AI feature and data flow.

Implementation Coaching

Policy in hand but need help putting it into practice? Monthly coaching calls to walk your team through rollout, handle staff questions, and adjust as new tools emerge. Three-month minimum.

Who Vantage Engage Is Built For

Churches With 5+ Staff

The more people using AI tools, the more you need guardrails. If you have multiple departments and no policy, this is for you.

Churches Handling Sensitive Data

Counseling notes, prayer requests, giving records, membership info — if your staff is using AI tools near any of this data, you need to know where it’s going.

Churches Where AI Already Showed Up

Something happened. A staff member used AI in a way that raised questions. Leadership realized they had no guidelines. You’re not behind — you’re right on time.

Churches That Want to Lead, Not React

You haven’t had a problem yet. But you see it coming. You’d rather build the policy before the incident than after. That’s wisdom, not paranoia.

Three Guardrails. Every Engagement Follows Them.

Verify Everything

AI makes confident mistakes. Every recommendation we make gets checked against Scripture and vetted sources.

Don’t Confess to a Machine

AI is not your counselor, your pastor, or your priest. We will never recommend a tool for a role that belongs to a person or to God.

Don’t Replace What God Gave You

AI can assist study. It cannot replace the Holy Spirit’s illumination of Scripture. Our policies protect that line.
